Salepick Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, the shop was messy and dirty. Was rudely apraoched by staff because there’s a two person limit which I understand however the whole shop window is covered in loads of signs and I shouldn’t have to take a reading test or an eye test before I come in. Umbrella left open and infront of the door by customer which the staff allowed, extremely dangerous especially since a lot of old people need access to it. Don’t bother going there drive a few extra minutes to go to a decent pharmacy.

I have always found salepick chemist clean tidy and always fully stocked .
The staff are friendly and supportive

Pleasant staff and don't leaving you standing for half a hour like other “local” pharmacy’s.

The most unhelpful chemist I have ever known, on more than one occasion. I will never use them again.

I have obtained my prescriptions from them for numerous years. Excellent repeat precription service.

I have been using Salepick since I moved to Cuffley in '98. Friendly staff, even when run off their feet, and rarely out of stock of prescription drugs. Proactive about offering flu jabs if customer didn't ask for one. However they need to answer their phones more often.
