Parade Pharmacy

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer a range of services, from selling toiletries to doing diabetes checks and all points in between. I even had my flu jab there this year, which was great, saved a trip to the doctors. Will always use them in preference to the pharmacy in the local supermarket.

Cut you off if you're not registered with them, unbelievable.....!

Completely unhelpful. They said my wife not need to go to hospital. In fact, my wife need to go to the A&E.

A fantastic pharmacy in Kidlington. Really helpful, caring, sympathetic staff who go the extra mile to help!

Completely unhelpful. Visiting Oxford, I ran out of medication. 111 sent an electronic referral twice up this pharmacy who denied any knowledge of it. Was asked for my hospital number which I don’t have but offered my CHI number instead. Was told it was unsuitable and basically hung up on.

Efficient with prescriptions and LFTs. A lot quieter and friendlier than other alternatives in Summertown or Kidlington. Good parking too.
