Wexham Road Pharmacy (Late Night & 24 Hours on Weekends)

I used Wexham Road Pharmacy in Slough first time yesterday. But I am not going to use it again. Even though the pharmacist was polite and professional to give me Covid vaccination. The receptionist was very rude and couldn't help showing her pedigree. It is a shame that one ill mannered staff can bring a bad repute to a business.

Excellent service from start to finish — and every stage in between.

First, simple and straightforward booking system.
— No advance payment for making a booking.
— No upfront fee or deposit to secure your appointment. Just a couple of friendly emails - confirmation, remainder/s...
— No cancellation restrictions or penalty charges for the unavoidable event of cancelling or non-attending (still courteous to give a notice asap).

Followed by a quick test by friendly and professional staff who freely offer helpful and practical advice, such as to ensure your test certificate matches your details on travel documents etc (important).

Finally, after due diligence checks, you receive your test result certificate by email on the same or next day. All done in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire area. No wait, no hassle, no nonsense.

All in all, the best test pharmacy we could find in terms of value for money, service and speed/efficiency - by miles.

No point them having phone don't answer used chat service which said problem solved but only to be let down. Up till now service excellent shame they've let themselves down and me.

Poor service! In the night is person with no knowledge about, them system with prescription. I drive 40min on 3am to pick up the medicines and they told me there is no prescription because system down and I have to come back 9am because is will be new staff and they fix the problem.

Need to update the website called this place at 10pm on Saturday and no answer, even drove by and it was closed. Why a have a website saying open until midnight and it's not the truth. Had to go to Hayes for a late night pharmacy.

A notice on your website I don't think so!

It is not 24 hours pharmacy. I visited this on Saturday Morning around 7AM, it was not opened. Please remove the label 24 hours pharmacy

Late night pharmacy , mandy and tej very helpful . They stock verset perfumes, the perfumes is amazing and smells reales good .

My advice is to drive to Village Pharmacy in Slough, open from 6am till midnight. Saved my life in the time of need. I could cry from frustration.The old Asian pharmacist in this Wexham Rd Pharmacy is very unhelpful. The same with Asian pharmacist female. I bet they are the owners. I rang them up to order blood thinning injections and she said she would not order them without my prescription because they are expensive. Ok, I needed them on the same day anyway. It was life saving for me with my huge blood clot in my leg. Picked them up from Village Pharmacy. But I must mention the young pharmacist is very nice at this horrible place. How I profiled? The truth is the truth is the truth owner. Hidden heroes? Really? True at other pharmacies. Bureaucrats more like it.
