Boots Pharmacy

Absolutely atrocious, every time you’re told a prescription is ‘ready’ it’s actually not and you drive from miles away to arrive and be told you have to wait 45 minutes plus for them to ‘prepare it’. If I could get the medication elsewhere then I would but sadly only available from a hospital pharmacy. The staff are rude and unhelpful and frankly it’s a completely traumatic experience every single time without fail.

After being sent a text to say my prescription had arrived at Cribbs Causeway and it hadn’t, I’ve now ran out of medication. Tried calling over 20 times successively without anyone picking up

We have issues with Boots BRI pretty much on a monthly basis. Latest example this week, medication should have arrived at Boots Longwell Green yesterday and suprise, it's not there. Yet again run out of importance medication for my daughter. Boots ordering and supply systems are not fit for purpose and Boots should carry out on internal review of these and their pharmacy staff. Overall very disappointing service we have received over the last 3 years.

I was dispensed the wrong drug by this pharmacy unknowingly. It has had a devastating effect on my life.

PLEASE check your prescription from your specialist carefully and make absolutely certain that it matches what this pharmacy gives you. They are in my opinion dangerously incompetent and unfit to practise.

My first time seeing a doctor here then collecting my prescription confusing system when you've not done it before, was waiting ages in the queue for a ticket, a young girl was about to serve me then she decided to just walk away and serve at the boots till instead!! People kept joining the queue and she just kept serving them !! On her return instead of apologising she started folding papers into a pile then once prompted by another member of staff actually spoke to me, then handed me a bit of paper to write my name and date of birth on which I have never ever come across before, she then rolled her eyes at me when I couldn't understand her ! Terrible service and frankly this lady should not be in customer service and I wasnt the only person there today who thought that.

Went to pick up two prescriptions, got home and only one was in the bag. Not the first time they’ve messed up. Can’t ever get hold of them by phone either

Been coming here for my prescriptions for over 3 years. Absolute nightmare. Today was the worst. Was told an hour wait for my prescription to be done... 2 hours 10 minutes later until it was finally ready. Alot of people there who were waiting were getting very impatient, and I couldn't blame them. When prescription is ready, youre waiting at the collection window for a while before someone even comes to see you. Very slow service, lack of communication. Hate going there.

Truly useless in every way. I would rather collect my meds from the 7th circle of Hell than go here again. Sadly due to BRI restrictions I have to collect them from here every month.

Queues out the door, they have lost my medication on two occasions and had to reorder it and generally rude.

Don't have your meds sent here if you have any alternative.
