so helpful. I need an inhalor for my daughter and was able to get it there and then and they even said not to charge me as she was a child. I was so thankful to the man who helped me that day.

I had an urgent prescription for insulin needles, but my local Pharmacy did not have them in stock, and could not get them until after the Bank Holiday weekend. I visited & phoned several other Pharmacies - but none could help. When I called Lloyds at Sainsbury's they offered to look up other compatible needles, and provided me with enough to see me through. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Cancelled our COVID fit to fly tests three times, before the third time we called and they confirmed it would go ahead then the day before the test, and two days out from our flight they cancelled again leaving us in the lurch.

Staff are amazing & have always helped me to manage my parents medication, repeats etc, as well as constant advice, on many medication enquires, nothing ever too much. Sadly, my father recently passed away, and they even made the effort to send a 'sympathy' card to my mum & family, so very considerate & kind, lovely to be thought of even at these very difficult times, thank you from us all x
