I rang Amber pharmacy for advice as my Doctors in Ripley had no telephone appointments. The pharmacist was very nice, helpful and reassuring and gave great advice. Thank you.

Phoned on 3 occasions to try and book covid vaccination. Staff didn't know when vaccinations were taking place. Explained I was now having a 5th vaccination as on vulnerable list and over 75. The member of staff wrongly insisted that I could not have 5 vaccinations, even though I explained that I'd received emails from NHS instructing me to book the vaccination and a letter from my GP. According to the lady I spoke to everyone was wrong in saying I needed a 5th covid injection and she said she'd been told she was correct by the pharmacist there. She was quite rude to me.
Needless to say I booked and received my vaccination at a more competent Pharmacy
