Wasnt open at 9am on Friday 10 June 2022 inspite of advertised 8am opening time. Why is this business still allowed to operate from its prime location at Farnham Health Centre. Lets have someone who serves the public reliably.

Told yesterday to come back after 3pm today for medication for my 2 month old as it had been ordered and would be available then. Tried phoning all day today to check if it was available as I had a feeling it wouldn't be but no one answers the phone so I had to go there.
Took my baby out in the unbearable heat and low and behold, it wasn't available and hadn't been ordered. Miserable girl behind the counter as well. I have now switched my families prescriptions to go to Aldershot Rowlands who were much more helpful and pleasant.

Despite all the negative reviews I had no trouble here on the first time of using them. I phoned in advance and the phone was answered fairly quickly, medication was onsite that I needed and confirmed quickly. I went later to pick up and there were no customer service problems or long queues - the wait time was acceptable.

Try to push their own brand products and rude when you decline and ask for a branded item. Need to work on customer service

Dropped a prescription in on Friday, was told it would be ready by Monday, came in on Monday didn't have it and literally threw the prescription note on the counter and walked away.
Extremely poor service.

Could do with more efficient front of house service, but always friendly enough, and any problems with repeat prescriptions being ready etc are due to the communications between GP and pharmacy rather than the pharmacy itself. However their relatively recently introduced text messaging for prescription readiness is unfit for service, frequently not happening at all, and not applying to certain medications which are frequently the most crucial ones to know about. Staff admit it's useless but there's nothing they can do about it, so I won't mark the specific pharmacy branch down for it.

Final straw today
Woman serving
snapped at me with a head Shake … was so quick to try and take her frustration out on me of how busy they are
Rude woman obviously not very happy
Didn’t give me a chance to explain and didn’t apologise

Every month I need my repeat prescription.. I actually dread trying to phone them … they hardly ever answer
I’ve been in the shop and watched them all ignore the phone

This time I gave up after two days and physically went in and ordered the prescription…. They didn’t send it when they said they did so a week later I’m desperate for my blood pressure meds etc

Employ someone to just take calls
Is that so difficult ?

I have tried to stay loyal as I understand they are busy …. But other companies would be so happy with that much business - they don’t seem lucky and privileged to be a pharmacy located where they are
I think now they only get so much business because there is 2 GP doctors surgeries so it’s convenient for people

Well I’m out
Your rude female member of staff blew it today and :

The feeling of “am I going to get my critical meds on time this month” which I feel every month I am done with

There are plenty of other pharmacies

I’m now waiting for your impersonal stock one click answer that offers no apologies is just patronising and arrogant

Have spent the WHOLE day (8:30 - 6pm) trying to get through on the phone, either being met with an engaged tone or just ringing through. This is the same story most days, and it's quite frankly terrible. I have a prescription that I have been trying to order for days (which is repeat but they never seem to have any in stock monthly) and still no luck. They've left my partner without her medication and blamed the surgery for not sending the prescription over, and it turns out that they messed up, didn't admit it and then when the order came in they didn't bother to inform her.
I'm fed up with the service, and they can't even put an answer message on the phone when they close for 1:30hr for lunch. Still can't get through and will run out of my medication for sure.
The worst thing is that it is my health that is being ignored due to this terrible service.

Then to add insult to injury, I keep calling and it's ringing through, then suddenly it will be engaged, so now it seems like they just can't be bothered to do any work.
