The Pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and considerate! There is a free delivery service for times when your schedule or other does not allow you to get to the Pharmacy - they also have a great working relationship with Doctor's surgeries and, apparently their suppliers. I highly recommend Mr. Jain & his team!

This has to be the best Chemist in the country; The people are always so helpful, friendly and brilliantly efficient. I was recommended this Chemist by my GP when I moved to Cheltenham.

Useless! Say they’ll deliver then only deliver half of what they have for you. Say they’ll phone when your prescription is ready and then don’t. Have a website they say they don’t understand meaning and unnecessary trip because the website says it’s ready. Take no responsibility or apologise when they mess up. Eugh I would seriously avoid at all costs.

It's okay but could be a bit more helpful regarding repeat prescription that they already know about re previous phone use.

Brilliant service today Saturday, 14 January, in obtaining all items on a prescription that had three items and all other pharmacies I had been too said no sorry didnt have all items. The Pharmacist went above and beyond to obtain all items on the prescription. Thank you so so so much Bev

Superb independent pharmacy, who really care about their customers. They offer home delivery for prescriptions.

Although we no longer use them for our repeats, they're helpful and taking COVID-19 seriously. Definitely a first choice of you rely on prescription delivery
