Hawkes Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

This is my local pharmacy. The pharmacist is always on-hand to give advice, there is a repeat prescription collection service arranged with most of the nearby doctors' surgeries, and there is a good selection of non-prescription medicines for minor ailments. Service with a smile too, what more could you ask?

The most UNHELPFUL staff you will ever find, don't stock this, can't do that, going in the shop is like going into a 1950's timewarp with opening hours to match. Just a really bad experience, nothing worse than horrible, miserable and obstructive staff, they act like they don't want the business. They should be working in a call centre, where they can be really unhelpful and we won't have to see their miserable face - certainly won't be going they again.

I've never used them before but I've been waiting nearly a week for a very basic prescription - completely incompetent - you could be dead by the time you wait for a doctors appointment and then Hawkes!

I visit every month for my medication. They always have the medication ready. Staff are great. I could not ask for anything better.
