Great chemist. Staff are always helpful and polite be it in person or over the telephone.

Terrible customer service, long waiting times, prescriptions are being lost, the staff including the pharmacist suggest imaginary illnesses that don't exist and even though it's been checked by a doctor, they still think they are right and that there's something wrong with you. Avoid at all cost!!!It's just a shame it's the only pharmacy in the village!

Nothing but problems trying to get my prescription from this place. Over and over again they've 'not received it' from the doctors even when the docs insist they have. Or they tell me it's already been picked up - erm, no it hasn't. Or they didn't know I was picking up from them even though they said they had changed it on their system. Finally decided to do an automatic resubscription with them to stop the trouble and the next month, surprise surprise, they had no idea about it at all. Was so much easier when I could get it straight from the docs but now apprently I live too close to Measham and HAVE to get it from the pharmacy. Total incompetitence and not met one helpful staff member yet.

Terrible service, assistants unhelpful and smug with it, will not be using this pharmacy again EVER!

Very helpful and plite many rude customer but staff are grate always helping people and go out there way to get to the bottom of any problems

Staff are lovely, the older ladies in particular are always helpful, kind and so nice to my children. The pharmacists always have my prescriptions ready in reasonable times and can check stock of things like Epi-Pens so I can look at other pharmacies if needed.

Very helpful, great service and great with advice on prescribed and over the counter medication.
