abysmal these cowboys kept my prescription for a week lied about it blamed the GP then when confronted with the fact they lied blamed it on an error in "the system" when the GP surgery confirmed they had picked up and signed for a physical copy of my prescription 7 days prior, then these clowns dispensed someone else's prescription to me [vital medication and a violation of privacy] and didn't even know about it until i called them back the next day... how this [insert swear words here] ever got a licence to dispense medication is beyond me... i have taken photos as proof and will be lodging a formal complaint.... AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS IF YOU NEED YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND NOT SOMEBODY ELSE'S... zero stars [and they lied to me several times]

Love this chemist. Reminds me of the personalised friendly service from chemist's a long time ago. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. And they are super organized and quick at dispensing.
