This pharmacy is very busy and deals with abusive customers and even shoplifters! They try their best with inadequate stock and unreliable e-prescription and e-referral systems causing the bulk of stress, but they have little patience or willingness to take responsibility left for the genuine disputes about dispensing errors.

Ì get large amounts of prescriptions a month and have to phone them for repeat prescriptions, this is if you can get through to them on the phone. When I hot through and ordered all my medicines and was told I should have them in 3 days, I waited 2 weeks and nothing so called them and they did not even put it through to GP . So I had to called the surgery to order them. So I have no pain meds or BP meds now for 12 days, I'm house bound. I have issues every time with how long it takes to deliver them, usually a week or so.
Really bad service in this day and age. They would have zero stars but option not available.
Please hire more staff to deal with prescription and answer the phone 📱

Awful place. Can’t rely on them to be open when they say they are or perform services when they say they can. I won’t be coming here again. Plenty of places nearby. Boots on Rye Lane or places in New Cross are better.

This is my local pharmacy - the staff are lovely, despite how insanely busy the place is. They always serve with kindness and compassion.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve been in. Staff just decided that they wouldn’t fill my prescription that they’ve been filling for months and refused to tell me why. Avoid if possible.

I came into this pharmacy at 18:48, over 10 minutes before closing on the 4.01.22 just to pick up an OTC medication that my GP had suggested me to take when I need it. The lady looked like she was too busy closing the shop and when i asked for this type of OTC medication she told me to go and talk to my GP instead because she told me that I cannot take this type of medication regularly although I do not. Once I explained this she said she is refusing to sell anything to me and to go and talk to my GP in a very rude and angry manner.

I find it very unnecessary for this kind of rudeness especially when I am talking in a calm way and i am also not well.

She was talking as though she knows better than my GP which I think is very dangerous for a pharmacist to think like that if they are treating other customers the same.

I would avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

PLEASE AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!!

This pharmacy doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was sent to this pharmacy as recommended by NHS 111 as I needed an emergency supply for an inhaler.

The way the staff in this pharmacy was talking about me behind the counter as they were dealing with my request was absolutely DISGUSTING! They were referring to me as “this person” as if I don’t have a name.

They were also saying things like “send her to her own pharmacy” and “Her pharmacy will be open tomorrow. It’s not like it’s the weekend” and they even wanted to charge me for the inhaler when I am medically exempt. They kept faffing about and wasted almost half an hour of my time chatting rubbish instead of helping me. So I just walked out because I couldn’t stand the disrespect.

In the end, one of the pharmacist ended up calling my usual pharmacist to put in an emergency request for me to collect the inhaler tomorrow. However, I don’t have an inhaler with me right now which means if I have an asthma attack tonight then?

Also, because I am not registered with them, they seemed to care less.

Please, if you are in need for an emergency supply of medications PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

I have been calling this pharmacy for the last 2 days regarding my medication. They do not answer calls. This is absolutely disappointing as a patient I need to know if they received my prescription.
How do I communicate with them .
