Good to see store open. Would suggest asking patients waiting for prescription to come back, not wait in shop with 30 minute queue outside in the rain! Staff doing a good service in challenging conditions

Today this branch has reduced its hours of opening without telling customers. Imy husband and myself are confined to the house from today. My daughter went to collect our regular medication during her lunch hour to find it closed. I rang them to be told they were having a lunch hour from 1-2 then closing again at 5. Their usual hours are 9-6pm. When i think that my grandaughter who is a nursd on the front line fightìng this virus works 13 hour+ shifts without a break. Unacceptable.

DISGRACEFUL, RUDE STAFF. I never write reviews, but if I could give 0 stars I would. This pharmacy is a disgrace. The man behind the counter and the lady (who wear white, not the other staff) are both incredibly rude humans. Every single time I’m there, they couldn’t be more ill-mannered. They are both on a power trip and it’s just quite sad that people have to be so nasty to their customers. Genuinely don’t understand why these people work in a pharmacy when they lack basic empathy and interpersonal skills?!!! Have changed pharmacy and am so much happier. Your staff behind the till should be ashamed of how they act towards people and it’s not only me who thinks this. Vile behaviour. Some basic lessons in MANNERS and customer etiquette are definitely needed for these two.

I've been using this Branch since working from home 2 years ago. I always found this Branch to be quick and efficient with my prescriptions, texting when they're available. No complaints from me!

Watch out for the rude blonde haired ,,Polish woman who works here. I went to this god forsaken chemist on 08/03/21. The reason was that my partner had been prescribed the wrong anti biotics. When I went to get the new ones, I brought the old ones with me to hand over. They then asked whether I pay or not, I told them we have already paid and that they need to take it up with the GP 's. They insisted that they need paying, I told them its not my problem ,its theirs they bullied me,raised their voices and ganged up on me, a terrible ,horrible place. They then phoned my partner and took payment over the phone by threatening her. This pharmacy is a disgrace, I complained to boots straight away. AVOID AVOID, this place needs shutting down and the front of house scum bags needs to be sacked.
