What an amazing pharmacy. The staff are always courteous and efficient. The delivery service especially is always prompt and all the pharmacy staff are very accommodating and helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always offer help or if needed a referral to the GP. I will definitely be using this pharmacy for the foreseeable future, they top the big brands like Boots any day.

I have been going to this pharmacy now for a good few years . The changes I have seen in it have been wonderful. Staff are friendly and always willing to help , as are the pharmacist. This is an extremely busy pharmacy . And I am very happy with service I receive .

Hopelessly inefficient. I have waited 30 minutes to reach the reception window then a further five to ten minutes for them to find my meds! There is one person serving and what looks like four gossiping. I have moved to an online pharmacy.

Unfortunately this place has gone way downhill. Long wait times just to collect, missing items. I feel it just doesn't have the capacity to service the number of customers using it. I've given 2 stars as the staff are working their socks off, there is not enough of them and there's physically no room for any more.

Amazing service today. I’ve just started on a course of cholesterol medication & received a call from Shelley Road pharmacy today to find out how I’m getting on with this new medication & to clarify that I can’t take anything with grapefruit in it. Thank you so much for your care. Happy Christmas x

Extremely disappointed. Moved to Worthing last year and I was hoping with the good reviews that this was a reliable surgery. They took me off repeat prescription without warning for a medication I've been on for 5 years. When my medication ran out I was frantically ringing on the phone trying to get my script signed off and they shrugged their shoulders basically and told me anything to fob me off. I had to put In a formal complaint, a manager called me very apologetically and said I was back on repeat, this was an admin error and she was very sorry. I thought at least they listen to complaints and mistakes happen.

Came back this month, not on repeat dispensing, no script for me. I feel sorry for the pharmacy staff, they all seem lovely and attentive and the man who heard me out today looked apologetic. Lady at the desk was the opposite, told me I will have to miss my dose today and it will be ready tomorrow. Unbelievable.

Avoid if you have mental health problems, they will mess up your prescriptions. I wonder if people with other conditions have such a blasé approach to their medicine. Something tells me probably not.

I rarely, if ever, leave reviews for anything, but the team that work for Shelley Pharmacy deserve a shout out. I've used their services monthly since I moved to Worthing a few years ago.

Whenever I speak to them over the phone, they're always courteous and on the rare occasion I have to go in personally, they're always friendly and efficient.

Case in point, this afternoon I had a consult with a GP who prescribed me with some medicine. I had the phone call around 5:30pm so I was expecting the medicine to possibly be delivered tomorrow (today is Friday) but I was expecting it to arrive on Monday.

It arrived through my letterbox five minutes ago, twenty minutes after the phone consultation.

Health services in West Sussex (and Britain in general) have come under a lot of criticism (particularly since 2010). But I work in social care and I'm somewhat aware of the pressure and demands that teams like these are under and the lengths they have to go to just to keep things running day-to-day. It's services like Shelley Pharmacy that show the absolute best of the NHS.

The folks that work here are a credit to their profession and I just wish that everyone had access to such a dedicated group of people.

Over worked and slow. I've had my prescription missing items and had incorrect amount dispensed that was then blamed on me. 1 member of staff has no customer service skills. I'll let you find that woman on your own. Good luck!
