Prescription send by Doctor on the 26th April, went to collect on the 4th May .Asked if I had received a text, told them no as I had phoned the day before, and was told I would ready after 3 o'clock on the 4th. Told that the delivery had been 2hours late and there had been a bank holiday. Finally got Prescription only to find that the prescription had been made up on the 29th May,not very good service?

Would have left them for prescriptions pre pandemic because the accuracy of their service was questionable before Covid-19. Post covid it has not improved. Possibly the most badly run pharmacy in our area. Now with Sainsburys Broadcut Fareham. Longer opening hours (shop hours) including Sundays and much better managed. Was hoping service would improve because Rowlands have good hard working dedicated staff, but they are poorly managed.

I presume people are unimpressed about their long waits, but they do their job, they answer their phone and order in my medication quickly when Lloyds cannot.

Rude, rude rude avoid if possible, they don't know how to handle invisible disabilities they caused a panic attack of a family member. When I phoned to complain, made contradictions said one thing happened then changed it, spoke over me twice until I got cross and shouted then staff member continued to say she was in the right I ended up hanging up the phone no point in trying to talk to someone who as no customer service skills.

Half an hour I stood in a queue today for my prescription.
(I did have delivery but I missed the man knocking on the door due to me not being able to get to the door quickly)
There were 6 members of staff in there only 1 on the front desk.
This is disgraceful (sign on chemist door saying they were short staffed)
Their customer service is also zero. I absolutely hate having to go in there and wait and wait ......

I asked to see the pharmacist as I am home from uni for the holidays, she didn’t take me to the consultation room and spoke to me in front of a room full of customer, making me feel very uncomfortable. She dismissed my side of why I had this injury and gave me medication for something I did not have. If I had not gone to a different pharmacy I would not have found out that I had an infection, not a simple coldsore!!

Prescription made on the 20th, due for collection on the 23rd. Went to collect it on the 29th and they say "the prescription has only just come through today" .... funny how I hear that every time I go to this pharmacy as if its the go to saying when they haven't bothered.

I have had issues here in the past. Mainly items not being available or prescriptions not signed etc, but I have always had very friendly staff. They are always helpful and since the pandemic, they worked even harder. I think people will remember the queues down the high street and how tough that was for all. So I am grateful to their hard working staff.
