Boots

I bought some antibiotics online through the boots doctors service. I arrived at the store before closing time, and the doors were locked with no one in the shop. I called the branch but I didn't get an answer, it just kept ringing. I cancelled my antibiotics, which I now need to get elsewhere. (GP was closed)
People use this service when they need help, and as someone who never goes to the GP or gets antibiotics unless I truly need it, found this upsetting.

The staff are kind enough and helpful. But the stock of make up is really lacking and on more than one occasion I have had to go there and it was closed because there wasn't a pharmacist available which is frustrating

I visited the Dunstable Saturday 24th September 2022 and found the items I wanted to purchase. I went over to the tills and a queue was forming but not one single member of staff to serve us. I waited 10 minutes before someone came. The assistant walked with head down and a long face no smile or a warm greeting. Shocking service for such a big company such as Boots. I asked if they were short staffed and she said no its always like this. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

Friendly professional staff, exceptionally well organized. Would recommend you visit if you require an eye test

Went to Boots in Dunstable to pick up 2 Parcels. Bit of a Mix up, but all sorted in the end. Good service, busy place, it could do with a revamp, it's been there years, definitely needs an upgrade!!!.
Otherwise well done Boots.!!!!

The staff were really lovely considering how busy they were. Got everything I needed and they even ordered my tablts for next day collection. Thank you Boots 😊

Pharmacy is so unbelievably slow. Expect a 20 minute queue minimum to talk to pharmacist then another 30min wait while they prepare prescription they have had for days but not looked at before you ask to pick up. 25min wait today just to drop off returned meds. Hopeless. Go somewhere else, anywhere else

Appalling customer service and contact number constantly rings but not answered… Checked stock on internet to pick up yet when I got there they couldn’t find any of the 3 stock items they claimed to have had. Ordered and paid for the in store delivery which was confirmed as next day. 2 days later and phone calls to the manager but item still not available. Promised call backs but still waiting….
