Friendly staff. Great advice. Very community minded. Flu jabs and covid jabs went perfectly. Efficient service for prescriptions. Even at short notice. Girls (and boys)are always welcoming and happy to help.

Such a lovely little pharmacy, was my first time going into there today and they all gave me the best customer service, Kerry especially really helped me out with my medication and was just super helpful. I will deffo be using purbrook pharmacy as often as I need now!

Amazing Staff and Service! I've only been using this pharmacy for a couple of months, the staff are always so helpful and go above and beyond to help me with my medications. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I'm always greeted with a smile and a "Hello Mr Brennan" it's lovely they know customers by name. Big thank you Purbrook Pharmacy. Keep up the good work!

I have been coming here to this chemist for years. They are always helpful with any issues and they have supported me with giving up smoking. All through lockdowns they delivered my medication and drivers were always very good. The ladies behind the counter are always friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much to the very helpful staff and delivery driver at this pharmacy who went out of their way to get essential medicines to my elderly mother. It was such a relief to know the medicines could be delivered especially as it was not an easy location to find. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. Support local pharmacy!!!!

I rate Purbrook Pharmacy five star because I always find the staff extremely helpful and they take the time to double check my prescriptions. The team are very approachable and courteous as well as being willing to help with any medicinal difficulties. I like the fact the shop dispenses throughout lunchtime and offers onsite vaccinations.
The shop also has a range of greeting cards and household essentials available and their website allows online ordering of repeat medications.
