Horrible!! They let me down each time I ordered medicine. They constantly missed orders telling me untrue information.. Completely unreliable staff and service they provide. I had to change my default pharmacy.

My mum was given the wrong medication by the pharmacy. Luckily she was with me asked me to check how many tablets she should be taking and on checking I realised this was a blood clotting tablet and not a pain killer. I told her not to take it otherwise this could have been fatal. She took the medication back to the GP and the Gp confirmed that this was not her medication.

Delivers my medicine on time
Always efficient
Local and really quick in prescribing meds and paying over the phone for over the counter medications and getting it delivered if local.
Staff are kind and polite to their patients

I walked in and was ignored for upto 20 mins today. The young Asian girl with glasses and Asian boy behind the counter enjoyed their private chat and banter for the whole 20mins I was there. I didn't have the courage to interupt them but they ignored me anyway. They laughed and joked loudly. The bot made jokes about not doing revision and about whether a patient who requested specific medication knew about the 3 side effects to which they laughed loudly. The girl told him to stop being mean but still giggled anyway. Pinkish just walked around doing his own thing but the two young ones behind the counter were not there to serve patients. Finally I managed to ask for my medication and the girl waved her hand at me towards the payment till and said 'I need your name and dob'. No please, no sorry, no thank you. Was utterly rude. My family have used your pharmacy all our lives and do not expect any other kind of treatment other than what anymother patient deserves. The private chat and lack of customer service from the 2 behind the counter was despicable. Prokash, I will.be personally speaking to you whenever I see you because you know what kind of service you want to uphold however these degenerates you have behind the counter is not the way to go.

I just joined this pharmacy recently due to recommendations from family members. My previous pharmacy always used to delay my meds and never keep it in stock even though i get it every month. After speaking with the staff in Chapel they said they will always have my meds in stock for me and keep it ready for me every month. Great customer service :)

I'm a foreign people, have just come into London for working.

When I came to this pharmacy to collect the Rapid Covid Test. I showed them my collect code (which I got from 119), they kept asking other info includes: name, date of birth, postcode, address, NHS number.

Finally, they didn't give me the Rapid Test because I don't have the NHS number. I've explained to them that I have just come into London UK, and haven't got the NHS number yet. But they kept say sorry then I have to go home.

When I call 119 again they said that the pharmacy should give me the Rapid Test as long as I have the code. And then I decide to try another pharmacy, I can get the Rapid Test now by just give them the collect code.

Lovely and homey pharmacy I've gone to for many years. Staff there always shoot me a hello and a smile every time and are very accomodating and patient for my family who don't speak English fluently. All of the staff there are very quick and efficient preparing my parents' prescriptions especially a phrmacist called Shanmuka who really goes the extra mile asking how I've been and making casual conversation everyone. The pharmacy truly feels like it's a part of the community.

The staff member who served me didn’t wear a mask and when I challenged him he said ‘well I normally’. Err that’s not good enough. Working in a healthcare environment she should know better. Awful stuff and I will never ever return to this pharmacy again.
