Staff slow on service and even though tables ordered well in advance don't always have when go pick prescription up

Badly run pharmacy. Can understand they are busy but should have the staff to run such an important service. The phone is constantly either switched off or volume down. My elderly parents are continually stressed about receiving their medication . About time this inadequate service was looked into.

Awful and embarrassing. Visited to buy some pain relief for my husband and was practically accused of being addicts! In front of other shoppers the pharmacist shouted at me because we couldn’t get a doctors appointment!!! I appreciate that she to make her checks, but the way she and her colleagues treated me I certainly won’t be going back!

I have visited Rowlands today and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and efficient and I was able to easily collect my prescription. There was an issue with one of the items but the staff had already contacted my GP so we're able to advise me about what to do. Huge improvement on my previous awful experience. Thank you all for doing such a great job.

They went out their way to help source tablets for my father-in-law and made sure they were ready to pick up from the pharmacy within a few hours. Thank you 🙏🏻 he has Alzheimer’s and only had one tablet left as the delivery service (elsewhere) didn’t have them, had Rowlands not got the tablets a new corse would have had to start again getting the correct dose etc… thank you

On occasion you can get a prescription from this pharmacy. Most attempts at getting your prescriptions, however, are met with excuses as to why it is not ready, not there, no record, sent back etc. Never have they taken responsibility for their obvious lack of efficiency and the staff blame either the customer, the Doctors or the distributer.
Simply, this pharmacy sadly can not be consistently relied upon.

After many years of being a customer I had become frustrated last year as things were so disorganised, medication often not ordeees and always a big que however my last 2 visits have been a breath of fresh air! They are super organised, polite and it’s a positive experience. Thanks
