I have a monthly medication that I pick up from a repeat prescription. I used to get my medication through Well and delivered to my home address, but thought I would start to use the local pharmacy instead.
It seemed to work well for a couple of months but last month & this month my medication wasn’t ready to be picked up as the service should work.
I asked the pharmacy why there was an issue and the pharmacist asked me, in an extremely patronising way, if I had written the collection date myself, as though I was a little old lady who was having memory issues.
The pharmacy needs to get their act together. Needless to say I will be going back to Well and get my medication delivered.

It took me 53 times over the space of about 1.5 hours for them to answer the phone and when you do bring it up, they can be pretty rude. It's not the first time that I've been unhappy with their service either, I've had major issues with important repeat prescriptions where they lost it and then they had the nerve to blame my doctor and me for it.
Possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever used.

Staff went way above and beyond to help resolve a NHS system hic-up for a batch prescription, that was interrupted due to the need for a one off out of hours prescription from a duty pharmacy for an entirely different ailment.
Their persistence and hard work to help were greatly appreciated.

Just awful. Rude staff who go out of their way to be unhelpful and apply no common sense or logic. Twice I have received the worst service and very publicly. I visited the second time after my local shop had sold out of the item I needed - something from “off the shelf”, I took a deep breath, entered the chemist thinking things couldn’t be worse than the last visit - how wrong I was. There is no recognition on their part that things need to improve, the service I received was embarrassing and unprofessional. I already have prescriptions sent to another chemist, due to several failings of the pharmacy here to effectively dispense this medication, and it seems I will now also have to buy general medical supplies and treatment from them also. Such a shame, used to be a lovely chemist with a community feel, not anymore - complete shambles.

Mary & the team at St Johns pharmacy have been nothing short of exceptional during my mothers end of life care. We have had no issues with collecting prescriptions whatsoever in the last 8 weeks & I believe there has been hundreds, some of which pretty unusual, but nothing was an issue for these guys.
The pressure they are under as a very busy pharmacy has never come across in the staff, they’re always polite & smiling.
Thank you guys for making such a difficult period that much easier. We appreciate you enormously.
In the nicest possible way we hope to see you a bit less now, but we are forever grateful to you. Thank you

A queue to place a prescription. Another queue to come back and collect. Being treated like a child when asked why I want two months supply ! There’s not enough hours in the day to have to comply with all the nonsense about getting a one month prescription each month when you’re on it for life!

This Pharmacy is a shambles. Today with very little notice they cancelled my flu vaccination. A couple of weeks ago they couldn't give out prescriptions because they had no pharmacist. We heard a member of staff saying she had had enough of the place. We have to queue outside in the cold and rain. We will be looking to go elsewhere.

Went there to get my husbands prescription with him. Every time we go there, we have to cue. There was a query with one of the items. So the lady who was serving us shouts out what it is in font of the other customers the medication was a private one. This was very unprofessional and I won't be going back.
