Never judge hard work and high work Load and confuse it with being rude .Just because the staff are busy who are front line exposed potentially to Covid every time the door opens . A little patience goes a long way. A Please and thank you cost nothing. I can assure you this is is a genuine review I have used the Store once.

Poor, slow and miserable service. If you have time to waste get your prescriptions from here. Don't forget to bring a picnic! Staff are not efficient and appear to be slightly brain dead without very much common sense. If a customers prescription will take long let them know and advise they may wish to come back instead of keeping them standing around. Then to top if off only half of the medicine for my daughter available and told to come back in a few days. A few days later... same story long wait "because its being made fresh" incorrect dosage available so have to take 4x the quantity of antibiotics! I'm sure my little girl is going to love that. Avoid if you can unless of course you enjoy slow service and don't have much to do.

Absolute the worse pharmacy I have ever used
They are that slow people was queuing out side they have care for customers many of them had to go back to collect
I for one put my prescription in on Monday and on Thursday it still not ready
The nurse from next door walked in and then none of them was seeing to customers that all stood there talking with queuing out side in this heat
When I asked for mine she looked on the pc and said yes we have it but have not done it
Then went on to blame the new software
What a joke

Absolutely Appealing Service from this particular pharmacy.
I cannot believe in this day and age that the staff are still blaming a new computer system as a main problem.
You don't expect to wait three weeks for a prescription to be issued!
And still have missing items.
Phone literally rings off the hook.
Staff are Nice, given the Circumstances...

Not that long lived in March. Prescription goes to Lloyd's in Elwyn Road. Queued for 90 minutes, get to front of queue, prescription needs to be made up and up to an hour's wait because of a computer upgrade. However, prior to the upgrade, and despite putting my repeat in a week or more in advance, the prescription is still not made up! Still had to wait about 20 mins pre computer upgrade. Inefficient service. When you work full time you don't want to be queueing for an hour and then wait another hour for meds to be made up. Not the staffs fault, they do their best. It's the fault of the private equity company, Aurelius Group who acquired Lloyds pharmacies in a deal reported to be
£477million in April 22. Either ensure the upgrade will be efficient and if it's a case of training staff, ask if they will be willing to work one Sunday and pay them double time! operations manager, do your job! I've now changed to Boots who make prescriptions up in advance ready for the customer without the need to wait

Went to pick up my Prescription only to join a long queue as normal outside as the door was locked & only opened for 1 person at a time only to be told that due too NO Pharmacist being on site no meds could be issued. Apparently it's been the same all week. An absolute Joke!!!

Brilliant shop assistant for no other reason than great customer service and to be nice waded through a stash of coupons they had stock piled too give me a discount on my purchase. Things like that make a big difference even if only to make restore a bit of faith in humanity. Id already left a 4 star upped to 5. I said id leave a review. ps people often moan they are slow. They are but thats because they do it right. People forget how many errors other pharmacy's make. These guys picked up on a prescription a few years ago id been taking for years and was being seriously over dosed. No one else did. Its not they're slow its more people are being impatient waiting for quality . Amazing and ty ;)

I think they do their best, but the covid carry on has made getting a prescription like getting blood from a stone. Always question out the door. Staff do wonders with the sheer volume of prescriptions they have to deal with. Town is overpopulated for the infrastructure that is provided.
