Terrible place, wait on average 20 minutes for your prescription, cancelled monthly delivery due to missing tablets, and they delivered WRONG tablets once: a dangerous thing to do for an 85-year-old, changed to Manor Pharmacy in Church Gresley, much more reliable. I think Brennans is too small a pharmacy to cater for such a large surgery.

Absolutely appalling service. People needing urgent medication are waiting an hour outside as only allowing 3 in the pharmacy. Many people are not getting their full prescriptions and having to return and wait outside again at 6pm. Please use a different pharmacy as Brennan's are diabolical. I have discovered that Brennan's blame the surgery for not sending prescriptions through but actually there being sent it's Brennan's that aren't printing then out and processing them. People need to go elsewhere especially if critically dependant on your prescriptions. I don't like being negative but I am leaving an honest review.

Absolutely appalling service. Only supposed to take 2 working days after day of ordering. Ordered in plenty of time and now have to go on holiday without enough medication. Thought service might have improved after they were taken over but it has not. Beyond angry

It's taken 6 days to get my repeat prescription out of Brenda's they blamed the Dr but I proved to them about they mistake, now they state its taking at least 48hrs from when your prescription is printed by them. If you need your medication urgently do not go here.

Dreadful chemist , the staff are beyond slow , people cant move that slow naturally , and they dont watch the camera tp see if anyone is waiting they just leave you out in the rain and snow , would be -5 stars , I think it was a mistake joining it to the doctors as they dont seem to care about customers as the doctors automatically send your prescription to them . when I used to collect my dieing mums they never had all the things on the list so it was multiple trips back and forth . dreadful service

Pharmacy is useless, requested prescription on Sunday, went on Thursday and they told me they are behind... Had to sit down like a school child and wait for my prescription. BAD attitude from Asian woman pharmacist

While waiting I saw Countless other people there being messed about with not having the right meds or being behind, poor woman there got messed about also while trying to get her husband's meds, messed about by both Surgery and Pharmacy staff.

If I could rate it 0 Stars I would do

I would give them no stars if I could, picked prescription up on 2 December collected medication 7 December only to be told some items missing come back in 3 to 4 days for missing item. Went to collect item on 12 December and was told “We can’t find what your missing go home and check what you need” surely they keep a record of missing items. It’s definitely a joke pharmacy, take your cash for prescription then have no knowledge of what they didn’t put in your bag.

Yes pandemic has been difficult but have always found staff helpful and pharmacists very informative about medicine perscriped.
