A shame this pharmacy has been hit by fire and that they lost stock and medicines etc now had to relocate

Sent my prescription back to my doctor. Plus they don't open weekends. Boots sevington is far better.

5 staff behind the counter, only myself and one other customer but after 10 minutes without being served had to leave. Palatable low staff morale, awful place!

Severely understaffed, and unable to dispense urgent medication. Would recommend to use another pharmacy.

Staff treat you as and inconvenience. Some training on their telephone manner and people skills wouldn't go a miss! Really unpleasant tone and attitude.

Couldn't organise a bullfight in a bakery.

Not pleasant to get my prescription from there. Staff appear to be extremely unhappy and weren't friendly at all. I feel sorry for them, they must be under a lot of pressure.

Heavily understaffed because she didn’t refresh their system and made me re que for 40 mins to get my prescription
