Quick getting what I needed. Comfortable temperature in store. Not long queue at all. Clean. Lovely staff. Answer any questions you may have about any products.

This pharmacy is brilliant! 5* service. Store manager Victoria is great and very helpful. Toni is also very helpful. Pharmacist Pete also helped me very much for my medication. Thanks to all your hard work and help. much appreciated.

A few other people have said it here but the staff are incredibly slow. You wait ages even for repeat prescriptions. Nice enough staff but they need some coffee or something.

Absolutely hopeless. You order prescription 7 days in advance and still wait 45 minutes anyway. Same if you receive a text message, doesn't matter.

We booked our flu jabs here, but will drive further to avoid next time. The pharmacist, when we actually got to see him, was efficient, helpful and pleasant, but the desk staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving us standing with no explanation for about 15 mins while she dealt with other people.

Had to wait for almost an hour to collect a prescription that was ready for collection!?!?!

13/02/2021- Further to previous posting the unbelievable, unexplainable incompetence continues. Prescription sent by surgery electronically yesterday. No queue as we were passing this afternoon. Waited 45 minutes to be told prescription items not available!!! Really?? Is it that difficult? Told will be ready Monday for collection- not holding breath.

16/02/2021- Update, yes you've guessed it. No show for prescription, apparently not going to be ready for 'a few days'.

It has quick service in the lockdown. They have a limit of 2 people allowed in the shop, but someone also goes out to people queuing to take their details and then come out with the prescription
