I was offered to have my blood pressure taken when I went to fetch a prescription. The member of staff Jo was friendly, funny and put me at ease. Having had my blood pressure taken it identified I had high blood pressure. Resulting in me seeing my GP and getting medication. If it wasn’t for this option at the pharmacy I would never have known and what would have happened in the future, I don’t want to think about.

I called in to Cornwell's in Holmcroft, to ask for some advice. I was able to have a consultation with the pharmacist immediately, who was able to prescribe the medication I needed. This meant I didn't have to wait weeks to see my doctor. The staff are all very caring and take time with each customer to help them in the best way possible.
I can thoroughly recommend this pharmacy for their professional approach and caring attitude.

I called into the pharmacy today to enquire about their ear wax removal service as I had been suffering with a blocked ear all week. Jemma was able to see me later the same day. She was very professional, gentle and explained each process to me thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this service.

Why does it take three visits to get your prescription fulfilled?

A chemist that doesn't have insulin neddles as stock items or the insulin.

Not the best service ever! last time I will visit.

The staff here are always friendly and can never do enough to help you even when the queue is out the door, their customer service doesn't slip.
