On 3 occasions now, these people have either not got the prescription ready when they say they have, have issued the incorrect medication or giving out only some of the items. Each time I have had to make 2 trips. Will not ever use nor recommend.

Manish is a lovely fella. As are all the other polite and friendly helpful people that work here. How they put up with the massive amount of druggies & pissheads hanging around outside as well as the very rude at best customers on a daily basis is beyond me.

Never answer the phone, line rings out and drops dead. Can’t go in to get your prescription until you get a ‘text’ confirming it’s ready. On their time not on your health needs.

Useless Pharmacist seen today, sent down by 111, and she wouldn't even come near me or go into a private room, had to talk in front of the other customers. Then to be told I need to call 111 back, as they don't have a direct number for them, which 111 said they had and will help. Don't bother going here waste of time.

They seem to be having trouble with their IT systems (all Lloyd's pharmacies are).
When you talk to them, they are very helpful but are very short staffed.

Whilst originally annoyed and calling them out on their flu jab AWOL the previous week, they did jab me on the spot which I was thankful for, so have edited original review from 1-3 stars based on the rest of the experience..

On 23/10/21, I arrived in the queue 9.45am.
I was done and received 3x prescriptions by 11.30am.
Waiting is long (20-30mins) to get the prescriptions dispensed and then a further 20-30mins waiting whilst they pack.... and potentially another 20-30mins to requeue to pickup.

(But this is comparable to my experience at other Lloyd's pharmacies... it does make me tempted to join an online/delivered experience but I realise pharmacies are being irradiated by the practise so would prefer to support the old fashioned way)

Very annoying to be booked on for a flu jab for over a week, only for them to send a confirmation email to remind of appointment on the day and be met with this sign.

Although i have to wait around 20 minutes from first speaking to the pharmacy my medication is always ready on return. I little shop in between, retail therapy lol. The staff are always willing to help and are very friendly.
