I would just like to thank the staff at Tesco Pharmacy, Clay Cross, in particular Saf, who dealt with me sympathetically and professionally. He made a stressful situation a sea of calm! Thanks.

I came down for the opening time of 6:30am, as I urgently needed medication. No staff had opened the pharmacy. I’ve waited around for over 40 minutes and there is still nobody to sell me the medication I need. I asked the manager of the store, who said they have just not turned up. It is unacceptable to not open on time when the pharmacy is the only way of sourcing over-the-counter medication.

Staff are absolutely useless, spent 15 minutes waiting at the till for a staff member to serve me whilst I could see and hear them all behind the second counter talking about what they did in the hot weather we recently had, eventually walked away and filed a complaint at customer service who said they always get complaints about the staff there being rude and ignorant, isn't serious untill it's an emergency and they're too incompetent to do their job

Staff are rude, obnoxious, think they're blinking Putin way they go off questioning people. Need to have some training. Caused me to have a severe panic attack and I am not letting this go until I get answers from management. Shame on the man and woman who were so called pharmacists, you've made me severely unwell due to the lack of empathy and understanding

Extremely rude and arrogant staff, would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. After looking at past reviews and speaking to locals in the area I am not alone in my opinion.

Tesco really need to retrain their staff on the pharmacy! Absolutely obnoxious, appalling service, they were very very rude, condescending and just downright horrible and disrespectful! I understand that everyone has an off day but…. They were both awful awful! Did Tesco just drag them off the street for their job? Obviously we’re not trained! Or I’d like to know who the trainer was? Ooh can I just add, I went into peak pharmacy on bridge street and told them that the Tesco pharmacy said they were a bit tick there!!!🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ the cheek!!! Although she didn’t look surprised when I told her!!

Terrible. The staff at the desk are so patronising and, when I drop off a prescription and it is there ready, in the bag, sealed for me to collect, why does the desk assistant then have to take it back to the pharmacist to check again? This never happens in other pharmacies.

The staff have far too many questions to ask and they can be very sharp with customers. I witnessed a man (whose first language was not English) being spoken to like a child. He returned to ask more questions and the desk assistant simply said the same but in a shouting voice. I then stepped in and showed the gentleman what he needed from the shop shelves (the assistant said she was too busy to show him)

Staff are also very rude - looking over the top of the pharmacy counter at you then leaving you another 5 - 10 minutes before coming out to you.
