Always a good and helpful and friendly service from this pharmacy. And it is situated in a very good position too.

Good pharmacy, I got served by Amy. Amy was kind, helpful & good employee of Lloyd's. Lloyd's is a good place to collect your prescriptions from. I have had no problems with Lloyd's, staff are friendly & Amy was a pleasure to do business with.

Great pharmacy, they always have my items in stock and are a lovely team. The ladies are always remembering customers names and asking about family, such a lovely shop in the village. They’ve worked so well recently I’ve seen a lot of impatient customers during the pandemic but they’ve coped very well under the amount of work they had. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Staff are the rudest people I’ve ever come across. Talk to you like dirt, you are getting paid to give good customer service! Due to the virus it is understandable everyone is stressed and multiple people were in the building. Was shouted at and told to leave by both members of staff saying ‘ I don’t want to catch the virus from you’ I do not have the virus and displayed no symptoms of it. If asked politely I would of left no problem! Staff need to fix their attitude immediately

Feeling extremely sick. Took the day off work. Got to the pharmacy at 8.30 when they say it opens. Light off but door kinda open. Shouted helloooo, she told me theyre waiting for the pharmacist. Ive been standing outnin the rain for 20 minutes whilst soooo sick

I've been using this pharmacy on and off for the last 3 years and have always had a very good relationship with all the staff at Lloyds. Always willing to have a chat if not busy and all the staff have always remember my name and greeted me by using it. I can only imagine that the people who have given a negative review is because they haven't been able to get the medication they require due to possibly it not being in stock. I can't imagine any of the staff at Lloyds being rude to anyone. At the end of the day we are all grown up people and some of us are going to clash with each other, don't take it to heart, these things happen. Remember whatever the situation, it's nice to be nice.

An appalling pharmacy, due to the manager! First she changed a Covid 19 test in the last minute, making me do a journey for nothing. Then she insisted on not writing my passport number on the Covid certificate although I needed it for travel and it had to do with the border authorities in Portugal and nothing to do with her! This manager diplayed the mental flexibility of a concrete block, a person who thrives on rules and regulations without taking any consideration of a pragmatic, logical kind!!! Awful!!!! Do not go to this pharmacy, the service is abysmal!!!

Two ladies really friendly and helpful, but always hectic in the pharmacy.
