Knights Longbridge Pharmacy + Travel Clinic

Going right downhill this place. Lucky if they are open at 9am or even 9:30 sometimes. Staff not as knowledgeable as previous. They seem to be more interested in gossiping and giggling than helping anyone. I was obviously looking for something in the store and struggling to see it. One girl noticed through a sideways glance as I was looking to them for help at one point. Hardly even paused for breath before continuing with the clearly more important weekend social events discussion and didn't even ask if I needed help. I almost felt like I would be rude to be interrupting their conversation if I dared to ask for what I needed. I left and went to Boots. Within 30 seconds an assistant ask me if they could help me find what I was looking for. Didn't have it however, very happily ordered it in for me without any hesitation. Such a contrast.

Came in today to speak to the pharmacist about a personal issue, the pharmacist was extremely helpful in offering me advice. Staff were very friendly, and seem like a happy bunch. Always a pleasure

Came here with quite a deep cut on my arm to seek advice. Staff were more than helpful and advised me on what would be best to clean it, dress it, and after buying the products, they even helped me dress the cut as it was proving difficult to do with one hand. Thank you for your help and care

Honestly a great little team here. Always go above and beyond for their patients where they can and always up for a chat and a little laugh!! Don’t understand why people have such a big problem with a team of retail workers that seem to enjoy their job and being around each other. Can’t fault them for all their hard work. Keep it up guys!!

Visited this pharmacy for an emergency, and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wonderful team eager to help me out and they provided a great service!

I have just moved to the area I have found this pharmacy first-rate, they will always answer the phone, knowledge excellent and reliable.

I was having issues with the GP having sent my really necessary prescription to a historic pharmacy in another city. Other pharmacies have left me without until the clerical issues were resolved leading to asthma attacks but within 5 minutes they found the place it was issued to, advised how to get it returned to the spine and released 5 minutes later
