Always super helpful. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable - a credit to Churchdown.

Called in to pick up my prescription last week. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fortunately I don't have to visit Badham's in Parton Road very often but it's always the same dispiriting experience. Is it really so difficult to be polite and pleasant to customers? The lady behind the counter this morning seemed to take my questions as some kind of challenge was about as unhelpful as she could be.

Very slow service. It really is an inconvenience for them to serve you, you really feel unwanted!

I would like to say THANK YOU to the lady, that I have spoken over the phone about my children antibiotics and the pharmacist, Kabeer, that fixed IT issue with one of the prescriptions.
