Always a 5* service with this chemist. Close to my doctors prescriptions get sent electronically. Fast and easy pick up, have to wait outside while prescription is being made up which is absolutely fine with covid restrictions. Very friendly and always smiley staff. Have been using these for over 7 years and will continue to do so! Thanks for your great service!

Disgusting attitude from sales assistant. She has absolutely no people skills and is extremely rude. In the past she has snatched products off of my 2 year old son who has picked things up from the shelves before I have had the chance to put them back. She belittles both her fellow staff and customers and has an awful attitude. Seems many people have had issues with same member of staff after reading many reviews. It's a shame one person has made me feel so uncomfortable that I will no longer walk into my local pharmacy and instead opt for another much more friendly branch further afield.

The best pharmacy ever. Helpful and polite, they are friendly and I love the fact that they know me by name. Also lots of different special gifts for occasions. Sarah Ripacandida

I would not recommend using this Pharmacy for any last minute Christmas Shopping. I made a purchase yesterday, paid for it... hadn't taken it from the counter and discovered that it was the wrong fragrance. The sales assistant refused to refund the money, spoke to the manager who also refused to refund. I hadn't even lifted the product from the counter. SHOPPERS BEWARE !!!!!

Just experienced bad service at the Pharmacy, sounds like its the same woman consistently being rude to customers. Today’s rude comments were “Do you think the prescriptions fly here….” Agree with the comments made by other people - rude, belittling. Little to her knowledge that electronic prescribing technology does mean “it can fly there”.

Top service, both professional and friendly. Good pricing on retail products and if you need a flu vaccine Ian is the man to see.
Highly recommend, the community is lucky to have such an excellent facility.

Prescriptions are always done quickly and the majority of the staff are lovely.
However, there is one lady with black short hair, who is always rude. She just has a rubbish attitude and honestly I'm thinking of going to another pharmacy as every time I have to deal with her she is just unpleasant. She really shouldn't work with people.

Really disgusted with the service I receive almost every time I got to the pharmacy to pick up my repeat prescription. It's the same woman everytime I go there that serves me she has been rude and belittling and I have witnessed her being abrupt with other customers to. I noticed that she'd been ticking the wrong box on my prescription form after telling her repeatedly which one to tick. And today when I went in to get some sleeping medication she told me that I should be in bed by 9 and continuously questioned me about if I drank coffee after telling her no she proceeded to be belittling. It's just not something you should have to deal with when picking up essential medication.
