Pharmacist very knowledgeable and professional. Dependant upon who serves you depends on how politely and respectfully you are treated. Majority of the behind the counter staff are very polite and kind however unfortunately this isn't always the case, one member of staff is consistently abrupt and quite rude in their manner when dealing with customers which makes me anxious when being approached by them.

went to this pharmacy to get some eyedrops! 10/10 eyedrops; best eyedrops of my life (maybe the best in da world!). would recommend for other eyedrop enthusiasts or even those who are looking for something to do to fill up their free time. shout out to all pitbull fans.

Staff are always friendly and helpful everytime I have visited. The staff will always do there best to get your medicines ready as quick as possible

Went there for Covid vaccination , I waited for 40 minutes without any explanation before called in . , there was no proper waiting room , no air flow or circulation , people coughing in a very small area !
The person who gave injection was very friend but experience was not good at all !

Chaotic and disorganised for COVID vaccination - wait a long long time in a cramped poorly ventilated place
Go somewhere else for your vaccination - this place is no good

In particular the lovely gentleman who gave my 89 year old father his jab in the car as he has limited mobility at the moment and for also vaccinating myself, mother and partner.

I have often got my prescriptions sent here direct from the doctor. Yet I still get to wait while they are made up and you can no longer wait inside. This was a big problem especially in the cold snap recently. In future I think I will get my prescriptions sent straight to the chesham pharmacy which never has a queue and is only 100 yrds away.
Don't get me wrong the staff are nice enough, but I would rather not have to wait around I a queue of people I'll of whom have some ailment or another

Went to pick up my prescriptions this afternoon and had to show a code to the lady at the till as there was something wrong with their systems. The lady held my phone with two fingers as if I gave her a piece of dirty laundry. On top of that she dropped my phone on the floor! If one is so scared to hold another person's items please ask for the information to be written down on a piece of paper instead of embarrassing the person.
