The staff weren't friendly. The dispensing assistant/technician/pharmacist who handed out my medication to me did not even go through the medication that was prescribed, the dose, how to use, etc. I work in a pharmacy (hospital) myself and I know what service should be provided to patients, and the service I received fell short by a few hundred miles! Improve your service to your patients Osbon Pharmacy!

They cheat customers there price tag different and they charged different when you pay this happens to me but I thought I have check prices properly today I see the price of products and after paying they charge different and they argued on it so that’s not good staff they rude

I would gave them 0 for their service they sell staff for a very expensive price for example pregnancy tests and their tests never works properly they speak very rude to the customers I am very disappointed with their management ...

The persons who serves there are so bad always looks with disgust at me and takes ages till they come to serve and when they serve they’re like they’re giving me something for free! If they don’t like their job they should leave! The worst people ever!!!!!!!!

Generally quite moody and rude and talk amongst themselves. Need to learn how to treat customers (doesn’t cost anything to be polite). Won’t be getting any prescriptions from there going forwards.

Very very rude people thought they would of been nice people, the customer service is horrible very disrespectful toward the customers I would recommend for no one to go there

felt so embarrassed after I asked to talk with the pharmacist, as he was telling the pharmacist that i'm waiting to talk to her they started laughing.
