Use to be really good here be nice and quick while know, the service is so slow and waiting for your perception is a joke. Today I was Waiting for about half hour still was not served joke really as use to be such good place was always quick and service use to
Be great. Know they spend more time talking to each other or taking there time to get to the customers.

The inside customer service is really good but the store let's themselves down alot by the phone system. For the people that can't understand how to book appointments or put through econsults, they need a person to pick the phone up and order their medicines. I tried to ring up 10 times the other day to get through and there wasn't even a busy tone they just didn't pick up.

Absolutely terrible service. Staff can never find prescriptions or they're never ready! Alot of staff but no one seems 2 be serving. All they seem 2 do is chat, chat, chat!! Was better when Dayo was there!!!

Saturday I went to kamsons in St stephens walk to pick up a prescription which was supposed to be ready on Friday....on entering there was 1 other lady in there.... there was a Henry hoover in the middle of the floor. A small boy ran out from behind the counter and preceeded to try and get into the consulting room. A lady came out to "chat " to the lady in front of me about the boy , who I assume was her son ! Telling the customer ' he has adhd and shouldn't be in dispensary as he is banned ! but as it was "only a locum " in today It didn't matter"!
An young man was trying to control him and then the young lady who was supposed to be looking for my prescription started playing on her phone with him!! I had to leave my prescription there as i was in a hurry, and go back 2 hours later ! ( After I'd calmed down!) Still the hoover was in the middle of the floor , still the boy was there ! It was a farce ! I eventually got my prescription after a hunt for it! The ladies who work in there normally are wonderful and really looked after me through my breast cancer, I have never seen any of these people before and thought I was in a sitcom !!!

Order prescriptions for delivery they don’t arrive . Visit the pharmacy not even made up . Staff useless looking for it then you wait ages while they decide to make it up I’ve changed pharmacy now had enough not the first time I’ve had trouble

What a disgrace - I booked my elderly mother in law for a flu jab today, had confirmation from Kamsons Pharmacy but when we arrived they said they were not doing flu jabs today - very poor service, very poor staff. Will certainly not be using them again!

Called in today to pick up a pre ordered prescription no one waiting however two women behind the counter never even looked up to acknowledge me I felt like I was invisible they were busy talking to each other about someone else’s details instead of seeing who was waiting in front of them, I don’t mind waiting but at least would be nice to be told ‘I won’t keep you long’ just an acknowledgement! Then when I was eventually served I never got an apology for keeping me waiting no nice greeting nothing I will never use this pharmacy ever again! Disgusting service

Been trying to get through since this morning today to order my repeat prescription have spent over an hour trying in my lunch break just now the line keeps being cut off or ringing continuously where no one answers the phone using the pandemic or being short staffed is the usual excuses when I finally get a response. I am sure my medication won't be ready before the weekend either now seeing as it's 15.25. We are all living and working through this pandemic wish companies/businesses will stop blaming it for the declining services we the public are receiving
