Really helpful staff and always go out their way to try and help. Seating area for waiting for prescriptions and shares a car park with Barling Hospital so plenty of spaces.

Great service when I went to get an emergency prescription for my mother.

They fail to follow GDPR and confidentiality policies and procedures providing you with other customers personal information when dealing with medication. Didn't want to take accountality for it, only 30 mins into the conversation. Notice after they cancelled my prescriptions from going to their pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy in Britain for sure. The people working there are absolutely horrible. They are so rude and so nasty, it's just unbelievable. If hell has a pharmacy, this is it. They simply don't care, making life threatening mistakes, having no control whatsoever, they simply won't accept how bad they are and won't take any responsibility giving the completely wrong information. Nobody wears a mask in there, like there's no pandemic going on at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they are anti mask and anti Covid conspirators.

Avoid that place at all cost if you want to live.
