Very poor customer service, dishonest and they make mistakes. They failed to process my repeat prescription for essential medication, made no effort to look into what happened, blamed my GP surgery, and pharmacist walked off when I was still talking to them. Upon my own investigation with my GP, it became clear the pharmacy never requested my prescription as per the service I was signed up to. So they not only made an error , they lied about it. Also they rarely answer the phone- I've heard the staff openly moaning about the phone ringing.

The most appalling service. Pharmacy lied to friend who tried to collect from 12 noon today finally after 75 minutes saying nothing here.

Now I'm her and 15.15 ... waited since 14.15. No anti depressant no anti sickness tablets and no IBD medication. Taken 5 days since prescription received and nothing ordered.
So now they've lied to me twice and friend once as half meds not here and told I'll have to wait till probably Tuesday. By then I will probably be in hospital seriously ill.
How can a pharmacy do this? Do not use them

I have been using this pharmacy for the last 2 years. I collect my mum prescriptions here without any issues. It’s always ready and i never wait more than 10 mins. The staff are wonderful, helpful and provide good customer service. They won’t hesite to call the surgery when needed and always sort out any issues i may have - I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Booked flu jab online and got text reminder the day before. Turned up on time and waited 15 min behind two people. Finally seen and was rudely told "were not flu jabs this year wait to the new owners take over next month and come back then" not even an apology. Hope the new owners will be better. They can't come to soon.

Awful. Always close early. Got there at 6:52 and door already locked. Not the first time either.
Update 14/09/2022: Absolutely shocking service. Queue going right to the door and the staff just don’t care. All they need to do is have one person doing prescriptions and one serving those who just want to buy something and leave.

Absolutely shocking place. Went in for some medication and was ill-advised by two assistants and so was sold the wrong medication. Find it shocking that the pharmacist wasn't called upon for advice. Returned for a refund and the staff/owner couldn't care less. Had to fight for refund. There are plenty of other fantastic chemists around, avoid this one at all costs!

Literally just queued in here for nearly 20 minutes to pay for an (overpriced - it's half the price on Amazon) over the counter item. Completely ignored by all staff, even if you're busy just acknowledge me standing there or tell me there is going to be a wait?! This has happened a few times before, it's so rude. I don't mind waiting if I need to, to be ignored whilst you have conversations with each other behind your screens knowing full well there are 3 people waiting in the shop is beyond me. I really hope someone higher up at Lloyds reads this, it would seem my review isn't out of line with the rest of the bad ones! Please sort your customer service out!

Ridiculous waiting time to buy some food supplements. They should have a separate staff so serve customers without prescriptions. Came twice a day, waited for 20min but the queue didn't event move. Gave up... Avoiding this pharmacy if I can.
