Oxlow Chemist - Alphega Pharmacy

Pls sort out your queue system. On entry to shop there is a sigh saying go to left and q. Did this today and was ignored whilst people who entered shop after me were served before me.Returned item to shelf and left. Pls remove keep left sign or adhere to keep left q sign and service that q 1st.Thankyou.

I used to use this chemist for my medication but changed pharmacies due to the very rude and sarcastic Asian lady that hands out the items and works the til. She really is unbelievable

Constantly think it's OK to grab your prescription even though your nominated somewhere else .
And when you call they don't help you or even give you medical advice .

Polite, Professional and friendly staff. Also love how clean and organized this pharmacy is.
Been there couple of times to collect mum and dad,s prescription and happy with their service.

Always a long wait even if the prescription is weeks old. Some staff are polite and very few are friendly unless you are a regular they can gossip with. Very pricey products.
