The prescription service is absolutely hopeless. No point leaving a prescription there as we either don't get what is required or you only get half. Also we have found that the repeat prescription service states that items have been ordered on different dates for the same patient!. We have tried calling in, agreeing everything in advance after getting "told off" every time that somehow it was our fault, they did not do what had been agreed.
You never see the same person twice as a moving target is harder to hit!. no one goes to a pharmacy for the fun of it, we just want a fair service. When told to "Go to the surgery and get a repeat prescription when we have signed up to YOUR service is poor, and when pointed out the outcome is always "We can sort that for you!" well why ask me to go then?

To keep your customers just do what you say you will, when you say you will. That's all we want!

Going to find another one even if its further away to keep myself sane.

Late night pharmacy, ideal for picking up prescriptions when everywhere else has closed. Sadly parking is a real pain, and it is often easier to park in the residential roads opposite. Staff are helpful and friendly.

An appalling service for repeat prescriptions, having to be told twice my drugs are not available, and then told that as I didn't ask for them they presumed I didnt need them, after the chemist themselves telling me the drug wasnt available. Appalling.

Very helpful staff. Better than some Lloyds Pharmacys.

Rude over the phone this guy won't let me speak on my partner behalf and I am her carer made us feel depressed and anxious.

Pharmacist was very proactive and helpful in following up via phone call to track down an urgent prescription that had been sent from an out of hours dental service on a Sunday. He then called me back to say it was ready for collection. Great customer service and I'm very grateful.

Long opening hours and very helpful. Edit: in 2021, they NEVER answer their phone! I am on a lot of medication, and need to know if things are available for me. So, I'm afraid I'm changing my rating! A shame because certain members of the team are so helpful. 😕
