Terrible service, terrible advice. The only good thing about the chemist is the helpful woman on the tills.

Beautiful pharmacy, very clean and organised. Lots of great products and very reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to provide recommendations. I have never had any problems picking up my prescriptions here as I have with other pharmacies.

They never pick up their phone..

What a wonderful pharmacy this is from the staff who are extremely informative the pharmacists and their team are professional, patient, caring, nothing is too much trouble. The pharmacy is well managed and maintained with so much product to buy would highly recommend to all my friends and family alike. Thank you chopras pharmacy

How can your doctor order prescription at 11am still waiting 5.20pm this pharmacist has had reign of hospital too long , seriously needs a decent pharmacist in without waiting 6 hours+Come on Darent valley get shot and get someone in who can cope with job

Absolutely ridiculous, 3 days in a row been to the pharmacy to collect a prescription!! On their website it says open at 8.30 and on their answering machine when you call them it states the same, yet here at 8.30 for 3 days straight and iv had to wait more than 45 minutes for the pharmacy to open!!! What a joke!! And they're operating in a hospital!! And you cannot take your prescription elsewhere if you get it from the hospital its has to be done at the hospital pharmacy 👎
