This is the WORST Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with and I am more than overjoyed to now finally be changing to an alternative establishment due to moving home. I have been using the services of the Jubilee Centre Pharmacy for over 3 years and it has been nothing but stressful drama to get anything from them since day one. If you are wishing to make this your new go to Pharmacy for all your medical needs then my advice is DON'T and you can thank me later for it!
- The staff are unbelievably rude and are unprofessional most of the time.
- They like to argue and tell you that you are wrong or that your GP is wrong when they make mistakes or even forget to carry out even the simplest of duties.
- They cannot be trusted to keep a tight shedule or close eye on regular medication to the extent of sending you someone else's prescription.
- They are never organised and they never keep strong communication between all of their staff on duty so mistakes are made quite often.

ADVICE:
If you ignore the signs that this is a terrible Pharmacy and you chose to put your trust in their services then I can only suggest the following when doing so;
- Make sure to keep a very close eye on all of the medications that are dispensed to you and DOUBLE CHECK THAT EVERYTHING IS CORRECT!
- Make sure to note down the name(s) of the member of staff that you deal with during the order and dispensing of any prescription or medication.
- ALWAYS check with your GP Practice that they have recieved and returned any prescription or medication requests that should have been carried out by this Pharmacy.

All the best to those wishing to use the services of this pharmacy and good luck with your future endevours Jubilee Centre - Kamsons Pharmacy.

I switched to Kamsons after having terrible problems with the local branch of Boots losing prescriptions, failing to order repeats and leaving me with no medicines. I've never had a problem with Kamsons and repeat prescriptions are often available the same day when I order them online. If I've been prescribed additional medicines I've often walked straight from my surgery and into the chemists and it's there waiting for me.

So unhappy atm I ordered my prescription over a week ago still waiting 8 days later and out of medications 😢 I understand with the current situation that delivery would take a little longer so waited patently to be told after trying to get though for over 5 hours that because they didn’t know how I was paying that they didn’t deliver it and tried to phone me !! No you did not as I have been in isolation for over a week and your number is programmed into my phone !!!! No calls from you !!!! I am now out of medication and will have to come out of isolation to pick it up ! Cheers

The service I have received from the pharmacist and manager of the Wallington branch has been outstanding. The manager, Ravi, undertook additional research for my particular situation relating to overlapping vaccinations and those required for the USA. The vaccines were ordered and held in stock for me as I needed 2 different vaccinations 1 month apart and there were concerns about stock levels. When I booked for each vaccination the service was efficient and the staff helpful and friendly. Very impressive customer service. Thank you

Very poor customer service from dispensing staff. Dispensed prescription with a missing item..had to chase up the item. Pharmacy claimed to have no trace of it & then asked me if i'd checked the items when delivered! This has happened more than once, they leave you with missing items & leave it with you to chase up!

Updated Review 28.09.2021. So, this has happened again. Missing item has not been delivered. Phoned to chase up & was told it was delivered with the order. This is not true as it is an item which always needs ordering a few days after the main meds are delivered. Then i get told, just to get another prescription from the Surgery. Surely if this was not an honest mistake it is prescription fraud?? As Kamsons will have charged the NHS but not delivered an item.

Used to be with Boots to provide my scripts but then they started to charge me for delivery despite the fact that I am partially disabled. I changed to Kamsons. Really efficient and helpful.

Every time I have been to this pharmacy they never have the medicines in stock. There seems to be a lot of staff and it makes me wonder what they actually do as they never have any stock. I'm glad its not my regular chemist as its awful.
