They forget medications when doing repeats. They had a young guy working there who was extremely nasty and challenged a housebound disabled man saying "your not as disabled as you claim!" and "I've seen you walking around" The older Asian staff are more friendly.

Mixed up prescription and didn't receive eye drops but a cream that would have damaged my eyes. They said they would switch it for what I needed if I came back hence the 3 stars. Always read the label

Lovely pharmacy,All staff our extremely friendly always attent to my families personal needs.. extremely happy staff and show confidence when recommending product..Been coming here for the past 4 years and they all no me by my first name.. Keep up the excellent service guys.

Excellent knowledgeable staff members especially the pharmacists at the back is very helpful and friendly who always does her best for customers.

Even on a busy day I've never waited in their 15 minutes. Still room for improvement

They are so slow, I waited over half hour for my medication, it's not as if only one staff was there, they had about four just walking around, doing nothing just looking in your face . The only good thing about this the Doctor is right next door,

Nothing but good feedback. The staff are warm and friendly to me my mother and sister. One particular member of staff always remembers my name is so friendly. I live in Putney but still use this as my chemist as I am at my mothers a lot in Battersea and I have a great history with them
