Hi. Always pleasant and helpful, to those who think the service is slow.. Dont go in if you expect service in 2 minutes, because, they are serving a wide area. I for one am grateful they are here in Kibworth. I would not appreciate having to go into town.

Used to be a nice convenient chemist,now it seems largely disorganised, always have trouble finding medicines prescribed in plenty of time,and regularly given only half of the actual prescription, latest was collecting my son's controlled medicine, and was given just his not controlled part of the prescription, but marked up as CD ,controlled drug,this has happened several times,slack and disorganised practice, wasn't always like that 😡

I find them rather unhelpful and very rude, I don't think they realise you can hear them when they are In the back, also when people order prescriptions its due to needing the medication and when you return when they tell your order is ready, to then find its not and to come back another day, it's about time they had some competition.
