Staff are friendly but since new pharmacist and alot of new staff I have been having problems with getting my persricpitions nearly every time I go. I have the same script every week yet still it's either not done or hasn't been ordered, I am so frustrated that it hasn't improved even though I have brought it to their attention. Training is obviously needed,yet still all the staff are friendly and approachable I believe management have let them down. 16/3/2019 since this review was posted the issues that I raised have been quickly and efficiently rectified and I have had no problems and the staff have been pleasant and helpful, thank you kindly to you all.

Staff are very helpful and always cheerful. There is rarely a queue. They are a nice team. Keep it up, you are appreciated. Taken all steps for the customer safety. 3 people on a one time. You can park outside or there's a free car park. All disabled friendly.

The expertise, knowledge and have to say just sheer kindness is outstanding (especially Tracey)! Nothing is ever too much trouble. Would really struggle without their continuous support.

Pharmacy is always extremely busy but staff are cheerful and helpful. In addition to prescription requirements there are many other useful items on display. Staff also text me when prescription is ready to avoid wasteful journey to the shop and unnecessary waiting. Knights is a great asset to the village.

All members of staff go above and beyond with help, advice and efficiency. Text me when my pills are ready for collection and always very pleasant when I go in to collect them

Always used to be good service...but twice in last 2 weeks I have been in to collect prescription.
SLOWEST service I have ever had to endure at a pharmacy...staff seem inexperienced and uncaring, I was told sorry for delay but we're short staffed..4 members of staff behind counter in this tiny chemist is NOT short staffed
