They are really friendly and helpful. I cannot fault them for service or for going the extra mile for requests. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful local pharmacy with a knowledgeable team - a great first port of call for minor ailments.

After more than two weeks of searching for a prescription medication, I thought I could try once more away from my local area. And even if I walked in without any hope to find it, the staff members tried their best and got me what I needed.
It took them a little while and we had a few laughs meanwhile, but after a short time crossing my fingers whilst they searched, I had my meds and they had a very very happy customer.
As you can imagine, I will be visiting them again for my next lot.
Thank you guys for taking the time to find me the meds. And keep up the great work and smiles.

I was without my prescription and away from home, the team were nothing but helpful in advising what I needed to do and following up accordingly. They could not have been more helpful and kind, thank you

Disappointed to find out that the Cooks Medipharmacy will now dispense medication in plastic bags instead of paper.

An unexplainable decision - we are drowning in plastic waste, most businesses are moving away from plastic and the group decided to START using plastic bags!

They assured me that it was recyclable if people brough it back to them. (And also one can drop them in supermarkets).

But it is a poor excuse.

Paper is so much easier to recycle - it can be collected at curb side - no need to take it anywhere. It can also be composted.

Plastic bags are so much harder to recycle. We should not be adding plastic where it is not necessary - and here - where paper bags have been used for decades - it is definitely not necessary.

I will be asking my GP to send my prescriptions to a different local pharmacy.

Very disappointed.

I went to ask for the free Government test for work ,the younger lady was annoyed to have to explain me the instructions of the Rapid home Covid test.
She talked too loud ,and in bad manners ,she put my mood down ,making me feel really bad.
Going to the pharmacy does not need to mean put your mood down ,after all I am a costumer and I want to be treat as that with respect witch I haven't get this time.
