Good for passport photos especially for babies and children as pictures are taken with a digital camera and so if children blink, pull faces etc there's no limit to how many times it can be taken unlike the photo booths.
One issue with the entrance in that even though it has a ramp and therefore wheelchair/pushchair accessible it is very steep but staff are helpful.

Took a (very nervous) child for a vaccine here yesterday, the experience was so good that said child now says they have no worries at all about having vaccines, as long as they can come here! Apparently, the pharmacist delivers almost painless injections! Very highly recommended.

Amazingly nice staff, managed to rearrange their vaccine schedule around me when I turned up for a walk in.

Mr Shah is a delightful man.

He, and his staff, are professional and polite.

Sitting with my child, as Mr. Shah effortlessly administered the Chicken Pox vaccination, I had time to reflect on how everyone should be doing more to support our independent shops ... it's quite simple - give them more business

I came to this conclusion because of the experience I had with the multichain pharmacy on Harpenden High Street:-

1. Hassle of filling out online appointments for vaccinations.
2. Countless text messages from multichain pharmacy over a period of a week 'reminding' me that I should not miss appointment.
3. Requirement to take child out of school for said appointment.
4. Requirement to take annual leave to take child to said appointment.
5. Turning up for appointment only to be informed that no one in the multichain pharmacy is qualified to administer vaccination.
6. No apology - unbelievable - not even a 'sorry' - how can a business culturally behave this?
7. No solutions provided - just passed from one person to another treating the customer like an inconvenient problem - no comprehension of 'cause and effect'. End result - mental inertia on their behalf.
8. When I proposed that they could consider calling in a qualified Locum Pharmacist that could administer vaccination ... I was simply ignored.

Thank you Mr.Shah - you are brilliant - I wish you, your staff the very best.

In regards to the multichain - read their reviews it seems I am not the only one.

I have had both a flu vaccine and covid vaccine booster at this pharmacy in the past two months. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and efficient, and the pharmacist provides quick, painless injections.
