Cornwell’s Chemists Limited

Can't ever get through on the phone. Called 5 times today with 12 minutes on hold each time. Items often missing from prescription. Latest is that Surgery send prescription over, but 6 days later Chemists still say they don't have it. Some serious process management needed.

Completely let down. The one assistant Jess no people skills at all in opinion. The pharmacist Total let down. Have moved all family prescriptions to Tesco pharmacy, have been using Cornwells for 20 years plus, am so disappointed 😞

Their prescription delivery service lacks flexibility to accommodate the needs of their customers

Popped in this morning for my ear syringing.
Tracy was very kind and conscientious throughout. Done a great job.
The other staff were welcoming and knowledgable..a good laugh too.

Excellent service and medication is always on time. Staff are very helpful and polite. One staff member went above and beyond to help me one day and I was very greatful so thank you Kelly your a credit to the pharmacy.

Always have to make two journeys just lately as they never have my regular medication in stock. Took seven days this time. When I went to collect wasn't even ready. The young girl serving could do with some customer service training. Will not be using again.

Staff was amazing could not help me enough amazing service and went the extra mile would recommend to anyone
