Verulam Pharmacy & Travel Clinic

The communication in this Pharmacy is absolutely appalling. Walk in second vaccine for my daughter, they stated you have to make an appointment. The following Saturday go in with an appointment they informed me you have to queue there is no appointments today. The queue was out the door. What a farcical!!!!!

We have used this pharmacy for years. Always knowledgable, helpful and fast. Even when I put in a prescription late, they do whatever they can to ensure I have what I need to cover any gap. Yes they close at lunchtime and Saturday afternoons, which is unusual, but the staff seem happy, it’s a family run business I think, so it makes sense. Once you know the opening hours it is easy to plan around it. A minor thing compared to the high quality service and products. I get my make up and skin care products here too!

I made a last minute appointment with Verulam Pharmacy Travel Clinic to arrange Rapid Antigen and PCR tests for travel/return to the UK.
The booking process was quick and straightforward from a friendly, professional and efficient team. The turnaround for results was very quick and prices are more than reasonable.
I'm very happy with the excellent service. I'll be returning to Verulam Pharmacy and would highly recommend.

Really happy with the service. Found this pharmacy online as they offer a vaccination service and I was looking to get my son vaccinated for chickenpox. Organised appointment service, friendly customer service from the team while waiting, and all questions we had about the vaccination itself answered with care prior to it being administered. The vaccination was offered at a competitive price compared to similar services elsewhere. Very happy, would recommend.

The pharmacist here was very helpful - aiming to ensure I received my test result on time for departure (requesting same day processing, despite arriving after the 3pm cut off).

He kept me informed on progress to ease the tension, and the certificate and QR were duly delivered on time.

I have made an appointment with the Verulam Pharmacy for a PCR test needed for traveling abroad.
Friendly approach from personal with booking.
Place is very clean. No waiting time. Nice and professional approach at the time of taking samples.
Result was within the time scale that was agreed at the first conversation with Verulam Pharmacy what was my biggest concern.

We had our antigen test yesterday morning. It was very straightforward there was no issue with the French paperwork check when we arrived this morning.
