Rowlands Pharmacy London Road

After being thrown around 3 different pharmacies with a “rare emergency medication” for my daughter! The staff here were the only ones that went out of their way to help get it sorted. I have used numerous pharmacies in the past and have never had such a fantastic and caring service as I have here! The staff are all warm and welcoming and give a superb service. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault the staff at this branch of Rowlands. I appreciate the text messaging service letting me know when my repeat prescription is ready. Everyone is so helpful and friendly whenever I call in, and very quick to sort out any problems. True 5 star service.

I have been collecting my medication from this pharmacy for soo long since the old lady was there ( She retired now) . But there is one pharmacy assistant called Merry she is very very rude. The way she talks to customers is unacceptable. She needs customer training else the pharmacy will lose more customers

went to collect prescribed prescription Saturday morning as told by doctor and was told there was no prescription for me, went back Monday morning and my prescription was there, I went the whole weekend in pain, not very happy and Saturday morning staff not very efficient, needs urgently improving as another person may have suffered worse than me

George and the team are great. Going to be a great loss when he leaves. However, one member of staff talks to you like dirt. Thought it was just me until I was waiting in the line and she spoke to someone else rudely...Merry - rude and abrupt and speaks to you like dirt. Shame really as if it wasn't for her id have given five stars. She definitely lets the team down and I think if I spoke to her like that she'd refuse to serve me. Not good customer service at all.

I believe you have to be the standard of service, thank you for everything you deserve more than five stars. I really love you guys 🙏🏽💚

Absolutely amazing team that work in the London Road Rowlands.
Very friendly and helpful,which makes the pharmacy so warm and welcoming.
During 2019 when my Dad was diagnosed with Cancer,George and Mary were so kind and supportive to all our family.
It was a really difficult time and it really did make a difference.

NOTHING less than 5 stars! Such amazing staff very friendly and welcoming.

George (pharmacist) very lovely and helpful he tries his best to make it as easy and quick as possible no hassle at all.

Wish id discovered this pharmacy sooner.

Merry is also very nice and helpful.

Honestly in my opinion its the best local pharmacy out there.
