I was refused a check up that I booked over a month ago for being 4mins late for an appointment. Patrick Singh, working at the counter, didn't have the faculty to use own personal judgement or evidence any genuine consideration for his client. And I'm being polite. Needless to say that both common sense and a degree of empathy are essential for providing a good customer service. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Do check out the opening hours! - some of the staff are very kind and helpful, others dont even say hello :/ Otherwise a big store, looks like theyve got everything.

In spite of being very well furnished this pharmacy is terrible at being customer focused. I was in the queue this morning and three times I was overtaken by customers who jumped ahead of me.

The pharmacist didn’t seem to be preoccupied at all about this and didn’t even notice me waiting. When I pointed it out, he was very curt and rude to me and also gave me incorrect information about a product I had waited 15 minutes to enquire about.

Basically he could not care less about people’s feelings and time....

They try and charge you £10 for a blood pressure reading. The Lloyd's website says £3. They confirmed they do not have a super magical special blood pressure monitor which costs 3X more to do the test. Misinformation and greed imho.

Called ahead and then collected some medicine there, very easy and helpful.

This is an amazing shop with lots of lovely products but totally hopeless as an NHS pharmacy. Definitely don’t bother booking if you are under 65 for Nhs vaccines even if you are eligible since they will take your booking and then when you actually show up refuse to vaccinate you unless you are over 65 and insist on payment they are equally difficult about dispensing nhs prescriptions. Having learnt my lesson the hard way will stick to boots for all nhs services and just use this place as a very expensive but beautiful place to by expensive healthcare products.

Ordered a product on black friday discount to click and collect. Didn't arrive after 2 weeks. Called the pharmacy, they told me they don't know anything and to call the head office. Head office concluded the product was out of stock and refunded me. So I didn't get what I paid for, had to chase them for a refund and lost the opportunity to buy while it was discounted in other places.

Wonderful store, worth the visit for that alone...but I agree with the customer service comments, was not good yesterday when I was there. Also the prices are higher than most. Lloyd's pharmacy are usually very good as to CS, but not this one.
