Boots Pharmacy

I recently visited this Boots store and for the first time in a long time my visit was pleasant ! ... Emelda was very helpful, friendly and professional. I hope all the Staff there follow her lead ! ... she didn't ask me ridiculous questions about my medication and she gave me sound advice about my problem. Overall a brilliant visit.

A nice comfortable please. Shopping was easy ample space for parking and not too expensive.

Very busy....it's popular !! But still had comfortable space to park a group of 4. Really friendly service, totally on the ball clearing and tidying tables as soon as vacated. Warm and cosy, great food. My daughter's local; will be visiting a lot!!!

Dreadful service since end of 2019. Haven't managed to get my ongoing prescription right once... only 4 items... and barely an apology!

So helpful and efficient.. been using for some time but recently for repeat prescriptions. Thank you

I've taken 2 stars away due to my prescription not being ready on time, bad communication and customer service

This pharmacy never seems to be open. It's stopped opening on a Saturday and doesn't answe the phone after 3pm.

Hit and miss service. No response to phone - rings and rings then cuts off. Trying to avoid unnecessary trip to pick up prescriptions only to find it’s not ready. Also missed off repeat prescription in the past, without apology. Appreciate they are busy but they really need to address and priortise customer experience, as this reflects badly on the Boots brand.
